Rectangles being drawn differently in Edge

Hi
I am using Chrome for most of my testing but I check it with Edge and Firefox sometimes.
I notice that the Rect I am drawing (Height is being changed with Data Binding) in chrome and firefox its fine (a little movement/ flickering at the bottom is annoying but this is going into a box so we can cover that). However the way the Edge displays them is horrible.
Attached is a screen shot - both browsers are receiving the same feed via websockets.
I am using the latest nuget package version 2 - I think it happened in 1.2.4 as well.
