CSHTML5 generates HTML and JavaScript files.

Uno generates WebAssembly files.

By the way, we are also going to soon release a product that generates WebAssembly files. It is going to exist in parallel to CSHTML5 (each has its advantages and drawbacks). Please be sure to keep an eye on the "Announcements" section of these forums for details.

My question was related to WinUI 3 and UI control libraries, to have an ideea about the future UI controls that will be release

I have tried Uno before, the UWP styles are the same but does not behave as expected sometimes. And the Web assembly performance is not so good as of this time.
