Textboxes clipped

I have a problem with textboxes getting clipped in height. Please see attached file.
As you can see, they look OK in XAML designer window, but when I run it, the upper part disappears. I have tried to set a height to the TextBox less than the GridRowDefinition (f.eks. 15), but this doesn't help.
Can you give me an idea, what to do?
