Problem in Designer [SOLVED]

Hello,

I cannot view my pages in the designer (Visual Studio 2015).

What configuration in the Project or in Visual Studio is missing?

Hi,

This happens when the WPF designer opens instead of the CSHTML5 designer.

It can be the case when you are editing a C# file and you right-click and click "View Designer".

However, it shouldn't happen if you open a XAML file by double-clicking the file from the Solution Explorer.

Can you please describe how you arrived to this screen?

Hi,

thanks for your response.

I tried now all available options from solution explorer:

- right click open
- double click
and right click "View designer" (you mentioned that anyway as wrong way)

It ends up allways in the default designer with the error Messages.

When I click on "open with...." I don't know which executable to open.

Hello,
I downloaded your product. At first I need to tell you that your product it is really cool idea. Thank you for doing this.
Now why I posting here:
I have same problem as bernd dietrich.
I tried as many tips as I found but nothing works fine.
I try to find CSHTML5 Editor in "Open With...", but I cannot find it there. I tried to reinstall CSHTML5, but it does not helped. When I looked in to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\CSHTML5\Editors
There are files dll and pkgdef files.

Do you have some idea how to solve this?

1) I guess you tried with the latest Beta 8.4, right ?

2) Can you please post a screenshot of the "Open with..." window that appears when you right-click on a XAML file in a CSHTML5 project and click "Open with..."?

Hello,
I downloaded the new beta and now I can see in "Open with..." option for open with XAML editor for HTML5. So the problem is solved :)
